FAQ

Common questions

What is the process for receiving an estimate?+
We start with an initial conversation to understand the job and outline terms of service. The client shares job documents including: job notes, detail photos/360 imaging, reports, time sheets, etc. to better understand the scope of work completed. A secondary call may be required to clarify any nondescript work completed after reviewing documentation. Next, the estimate is created within 48 hours of receiving final documentation. File is shared with client to review and confirm any changes needed. Completed estimate is typically shared within same-day.
How can I be sure an estimate captures all of the work performed?+
Every file is reviewed line by line against your notes, photos, and video. Field-experienced eyes catch details that are easy to miss on paper, including after-hours line items and correct water category classification. A rough draft is sent to you before the estimate goes out.
How long have you been working in restoration and with Xactimate?+
I've worked with Xactimate for over 20 years. I also have experience with Revu(Bluebeam), Stack, and FastWrap.
Can I expect immediate service?+
Storm season doesn't wait, and this business is built to move with it. Once all paperwork is received, I can typically turn around an estimate within 48 hours. Reach out to discuss your timeline.
What type of work does your experience span??+
Experience spans residential and commercial losses, including large multi-unit and institutional properties b house fires, flooding, and wind/tornado damage across the Gulf Coast and beyond. Estimates are built around how the work happens on-site.
